Position Summary:

We are currently hiring Flag Football Referees to officiate adult intramural football games at Eglin AFB. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity ideal for those passionate about sports, teamwork, and fair play. Whether you're an experienced referee or just getting started, we welcome applicants with a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.

Key Details:

Schedule:

Games typically occur Monday-Thursday, between 5:00-8:00

PM Season Start:

Projected October 5, 2026

Duration:

Approximately 7-10 weeks Games per night: Up to 3 games (1 hour each)

Pay:

Earn $150+ per night for 3 games

Requirements:

Prior officiating experience is preferred, but not required Must complete free online sport-specific training (if not already certified) Must have or obtain appropriate referee gear Strong understanding of football rules is essential Base access preferred; if not, a background check is required for approval Membership in a local officiating association is a plus
