We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic referees to officiate. Soccer games in a fun, positive, and family-oriented environment. Saturdays Only. Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Youth Soccer Referees to oversee youth basketball games, ensuring fair play and a positive experience for all participants. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sports, with strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for children. As a Youth Soccer Referee, you will play a vital role in maintaining game integrity and promoting sportsmanship among young athletes. Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE FROM 9

30-1pm on Saturday mornings. Officiate youth soccer games Make quick, fair decisions on plays, fouls, and violations Manage game flow and ensure timely start and end of games Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and spectators to promote sportsmanship Address conflicts or disputes calmly and professionally Monitor player behavior to ensure safety and adherence to league policies Provide guidance and support to young athletes, encouraging positive participation in the sport Experience Prior experience with playing soccer or officiating is preferred Experience with sports coaching or working with children is a plus Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, parents, and spectators Passion for youth sports and promoting healthy, active lifestyles What We Offer Flexible weekend scheduling Competitive pay Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community If you love soccer and enjoy helping young athletes grow in skill and confidence, we would love to have you on our team!
