Job Description
Under the direction of the Athletics Facilities Manager, the Athletic Event Support Staff will assist with game-day athletic events to include: ticket sales, door monitoring, and score/time keeping. They will adhere to, as well as, enforce Punahou and the ILH's policies and procedures as it relates to Athletic Event Management. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to: Door Monitor and Ticket Sales. Monitors doors to ensure appropriate personnel are entering/existing verifying ticket purchased for the game. Complete ticket sale transactions. Greets all faculty and staff, guests, families, etc., passing through. Provide high quality customer service. Scores and Time Keeper Record scores and player stats for athletic events using the official game book and electronic scoreboard. Act in a polite and courteous manner representing the school and the ILH in the most professional way.
