LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This position is based in Noblesville, Indiana and requires in-person work at The Arena at Innovation Mile.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Team attendants rotate among many different roles, including but not limited to: Setting up the court and locker rooms (pre-game) Loading In/Out the Visiting Team Sweeping and wiping the court floor Distributing water, towels, and warm-ups during timeouts Folding warm-ups and towel Assisting with laundry needs Rebounding for players before the game and during halftime Post-game court and locker room breakdown Other duties as assigned

Experience in organized basketball as a player or assistant is preferred but not required Ability to consistently arrive at work at least three hours prior to game time to ensure proper preparation and support for team and event operations Demonstrated professionalism and focus while on duty Strong commitment to serving others in a courteous, selfless, and professional manner, always maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude
