New Search Login Page Position Description Referee City and State MA - Boston # of openings 1 Employment duration Part time Apply Now We are currently seeking Intramural Referees for our intramural sports leagues within one of our university athletic facilities located in Boston, MA. The shift days and hours will vary.
Job Overview:
The primary focus of the Referee role will be officiating games for our members and programs, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Officiate sports games, enforcing rules and maintaining game flow Manage game dynamics, making split-second decisions and communicating effectively with players and coaches Provide a positive and safe environment for players, promoting sportsmanship and fair play What we are looking for: Experience and extensive knowledge of officiating sports games, preferably in a recreational or competitive setting Knowledge of basketball rules and regulations Strong communication and decision-making skills A certified referee is preferred, however, individuals with previous experience will be considered as well. CPR and/or First Aid certification is a must.
