Duties Lead and facilitate a variety of games, activities, and entertainment programs for guests of all ages Manage game stations, ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use Engage with guests through lively public speaking to explain game rules and encourage participation Handle guest inquiries with excellent customer service skills, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued Resolve conflicts or disputes among guests promptly and professionally using effective conflict management techniques Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth transitions between activities Maintain safety standards by monitoring guest behavior and responding quickly to any incidents or emergencies Opportunities for advancement Opportunities to join the sales/marketing team Requirements Passion for social deduction games Please email us and explain your knowledge and passion for social deduction games.
