Looking for a part-time position working with kids and soccer? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a high-potential individual to aid in the implementation of our youth soccer programs and leagues. About the
Job:
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Sport Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players, coaches, and families while assisting with coaching, instruction, and game-day operations. The Sport Coordinator will build positive relationships with players and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports experience are delivered effectively. Observing, assessing, and assisting volunteer coaches is a key responsibility. The position involves hands-on participation during practices and games with children ages 5-14 of all skill levels. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about youth development, soccer instruction, and creating a fun, positive environment for every participant.
Requirements:
Soccer-specific knowledge and experience Excellent communication skills Ability to efficiently solve problems Highly motivated self-starter Ability to motivate and manage others (i.e., coaches) Extremely reliable and responsible Ability to take charge of any situation involving player safety Superior customer service skills Ability to work Saturdays for the entire season Must be 18 years of age or older
