We Offer the major sports in a Co Ed league. We place a major emphasis on building the youth through sportsmanship values and having fun, lots of fun. Responsibilities Officiate games according to established rules and regulations. Ensure the safety and well being of all youth, and families. Ensure that all players understand the rules and maintain sportsmanship throughout the game. Make quick decisions regarding fouls, violations, and other game-related issues. Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators to explain calls and maintain order. Manage conflicts that may arise during games, addressing issues calmly and professionally. Collaborate with coaches and league officials to ensure a smooth operation of events. Provide feedback to players on their performance while encouraging skill development. Set up and break down of field and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Experience Previous experience in officiating or sports coaching is desirable, but not required. High school and college students strongly encouraged to apply. Paid and volunteer options (for students looking to compete volunteer hours). Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes effectively. Excellent communication skills to convey rules clearly and maintain player engagement. Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting is highly desirable. A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting a positive athletic experience for youth.
