Court Ambassador — Tennis & Pickleball (Evenings) | Celina, TX Franco Racquet Sports | Part-time, Seasonal | $16-$18 per hour
Schedule:
Evening shifts, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Position runs now through September 7 | We are hiring 2 people to split the week — tell us your availability and we'll build the schedule around it. About the Role Franco Racquet Sports provides tennis and pickleball programming to communities across DFW. We're hiring Court Ambassadors for the beautiful tennis and pickleball facility at Light Farms in Celina. You'll be the friendly face of the courts during peak summer evenings — welcoming residents, keeping play organized, and making sure everyone gets fair court time. This is a great fit for a student, teacher on summer break, retiree, or anyone who loves sports and wants easy, social evening work outdoors. What You'll Do Greet residents and guests and check them in using a simple sign-in sheet Keep court rotation fair and organized during busy hours (paddle stacking, time limits, one court per household) Answer questions and courteously remind players of community court rules Log any issues and report them to our team — you observe and document; you're never expected to confront anyone Light upkeep between check-ins: sweeping courts, picking up trash What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and comfortable talking to people of all ages Reliable — this role is all about showing up on time, every shift Able to work evenings and weekend shifts Comfortable being outdoors in summer weather for a 6-hour shift (shaded seating and water provided) Tennis or pickleball knowledge is a plus, not required — we'll train you on everything Must be 18+ and pass a background check Why Work With Us $16-$18/hour based on experience Consistent, predictable schedule — same shift time every day you work Low-stress, social environment at a premier community facility Paid training Potential for future roles with our growing programs across DFW (coaching, events, facility management) How to Apply Apply on Indeed with your availability (which days of the week you can work 4-10 PM).
