Make quick decisions on fouls, penalties, and game stoppages in accordance with official guidelines. Monitor player behavior to promote sportsmanship and address misconduct appropriately. Conduct pre-game inspections to ensure equipment compliance and field safety standards. Maintain accurate records of game incidents, scores, and disciplinary actions for reporting purposes. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with soccer rules and gameplay is preferred; knowledge of basketball or other sports coaching experience is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively manage diverse groups of players, coaches, and spectators. Proven ability to handle conflicts calmly and decisively in high-pressure situations. Enthusiasm for working with children and youth athletes to foster positive sporting experiences. Ability to stand for extended periods during matches and remain alert throughout the game duration.
