Job Summary:

In this role, you will assist in providing professional financial and economic support services. You will conduct complex research on finance and investments, assist in preparing and producing regulatory reports, ad hoc financial reports, speeches, charts, and studies. Your research, analysis, and organized methods will contribute to effective business decisions through precise financial data interpretation. #LI-AM3

Major Responsibilities:

Assists in providing professional financial/economic support services. Provides research in finance and investments. Maintains files and may organize material for meetings and presentations. Assists in the preparation of reports, speeches, charts, and studies related to financial or economic issues. Assists in producing internal, external, and regulatory reports related to financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required. Provides ad hoc financial reports to management, as necessary. Provides financial analysis and coordination on a GBU (Global Business Unit) project.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional shift work. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Strong customer service background. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve routine problems.
