General Definition and Conditions of Work:

The Part-Time Youth Volleyball Program Support Staff is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Town's youth volleyball league at the Coomes Recreation Center. This position helps with the day-to-day operation of the league, including registration, scheduling, communication with participants and families, coordination of coaches and officials, game-day operations, and ensuring a safe, positive, and organized experience for youth participants. The position requires regular evening and weekend work based on league activities, practices, games, and program needs.

Education, Experience and Licenses:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience participating in, coaching, officiating, or working with youth volleyball or other organized youth sports preferred. Previous experience working with children or youth recreation programs preferred. Any combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid driver's license.
