They collaborate with school teams, families, and related service providers to develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements. Special Education Teachers adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and foster inclusive learning environments that promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
