LOCATION

Our community will welcome you to our friendly village in North County San Diego. The town of Fallbrook is an area rich in Waldorf community, biodynamic farms, Waldorf schools, study groups and close proximity to WISC (Waldorf Institute of Southern California). Our program serves a diverse population who might not otherwise have access to a curriculum inspired by Waldorf methods.

JOB DESCRIPTION

For the 2026-2027 school year, we are looking for a Handwork Teacher to join our Willow Tree community. Our handwork teacher will work with our 1st - 8th graders 1x per week to help them learn how to knit, crochet, and other basic handwork skills. Our teachers need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for warm collegiality with educational peers. We need professionals with a passion for co-creating, collaboration, and teamwork. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of personal accountability, a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills. Along with these characteristics, we desire someone who can foster warm relationships with families and children.

START DATE
