  • 2026-2027 Providing Supplemental Support for Lynwood Migrant Students The Migrant Education Program is looking for dedicated teachers who are interested in providing direct in-person and/or virtual support and services to all elementary and middle school Migrant Education Students in the areas of English Language Arts, English Language Development, and mathematics.
Elementary school and Middle school students in the Migrant Education Program will be provided: In-Person Instruction & Support for 16 Saturdays (October
  • June) from 8:00am
  • 12:00pm Compensated at LUSD Hourly Rate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
. Current District Teacher . Availability to host in-person and/or virtual individual student and class meetings . Administer and Analyze Pre & Post Assessment Data . Ability to interact positively and constructively with adolescents; work effectively with adults; communicate in oral and written form. . Communicate with parents to maximize students' social and student success and assisting in parental understanding of child development . Maintain confidential student records/information in an appropriate manner for the purpose of documenting and providing reliable information.
