Teacher at Temecula Valley High School Position Information Temporary or Permanent School Year 2026-2027 Health & Welfare Benefits Successful candidates for full-time positions will be required to enroll in one of the District's health insurance programs. Job Summary Job Summary The Social, Emotional & Academic Learning (SEAL) program is designed to assist students who have demonstrated intensive emotional, social, and behavioral challenges that significantly interfere with their learning and progress in the General Education setting. In SEAL students are in a highly structured academic and therapeutic setting with an emphasis on preventing inappropriate behavior (both verbal and physical) and achieving more positive desired behaviors. The program incorporates specialized academic instruction, therapeutic interventions, as well as social and emotional learning in order to provide for the educationally related needs of the student. Students work with teachers, counselors, therapists, psychologists, and other trained staff to extinguish behaviors in manners that impede learning, with an ultimate goal that they may be able to return to a less restrictive environment.Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CA or out of state appropriate Special Education Mild/Moderate Credential required. English Language Authorization ELA1, ELAE, CLAD orCCSD/SDAIE
