Full Job Description Job Description:

Faculty Development Position Details Responsible for creating and leading a formal faculty development program including military and contract instructors. Must have knowledge of effective teaching methodologies especially regarding an adult student audience and active learning methods. Duties Thoroughly research teaching methodologies to assist instructors with incorporating effective practices into their instruction Observe instructors in class and provide feedback on areas of strength and suggestions for areas to improve/build Provide training sessions to instructors and staff on various topics related to education Assist instructors in designing active learning modules for their courses Expanded duties as program develops

Experience and Skills:

Skills Required Interpersonal communication Customer service Analytical ability Ability to identify growth potential and gaps/barriers in multiple areas Budgetary management Critical thinking/problem solving Professionalism Self-directed Ability to attain a Top Secret Clearance level The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience working in a faculty development role, position, or department. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $95,000 to $105,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements. This is a contingent position at the time of this posting. Funding is expected NLT 1 Sep 26.
