Job Description

Full Circle Health is seeking a Full-Time Physician who is enthusiastic about family medicine and rural healthcare delivery. We are an ACGME- accredited family medicine program with 4 residents per class, providing comprehensive training in a community-based setting. We provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care, supervise and mentor residents, fostering a supportive and educational environment. We believe in team-based, patient-focused care and community engagement. We are supported by a robust clinical care team including a clinical pharmacist, care coordinators, advanced practice clinicians, behavioral health providers and community health workers. Full Circle Health - Family Medicine Residency of Idaho is our sponsoring institution with over 50 years of producing strong, rural physicians. Since our community is approximately 25% Spanish speaking, Spanish language skills are appreciated, but not required. The position is available now. Competitive academic salary with additional compensation based on experience. FTCA malpractice insurance is provided. Employees are eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits package including potential for loan repayment. Work Schedule - Work 4 days per week which includes administrative time, precepting and clinic. Benefit Information - We offer a well-rounded benefits package. Licensure / Certification
Full Circle Health medical team members must have the ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged; Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho; Maintain Board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine; Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses; Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.

Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace. We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
