Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is key to connecting with students and families in the community.
Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in General Education or equivalent credentials Experience with early childhood/PreK caseloads highly desired Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative, developmentally appropriate instruction for PreK learners Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment where all students feel supported Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and linguistic backgrounds Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families in both English and Spanish Participate in parent conferences, school meetings, and professional development as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational policies and requirements Enjoy the fulfillment that comes from shaping young minds while partnering with passionate educators and families.
