Berwyn, Illinois Schedule:
Two weekdays per week, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month HealthStop, the medical practice of Dr. Manohar Jethani, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient primary care team on a part-time basis. The provider will deliver patient-centered care to adults and families, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-up services. We welcome candidates with any level of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience, including newer graduates who are motivated to learn and grow within a supportive practice. Responsibilities Conduct patient histories and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications in accordance with Illinois regulations and practice protocols Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education Manage common primary care conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and weight-related concerns Complete accurate and timely medical documentation Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when appropriate Collaborate with Dr. Jethani and the clinical support team Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and practice policies Qualifications Current Illinois APRN or Physician Assistant license National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Current DEA and Illinois controlled-substance licenses, or eligibility to obtain them Current BLS certification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the physician and staff Experience with electronic medical records is preferred New and experienced providers are encouraged to apply Schedule Part-time Two weekdays per week Availability for 1-2 Saturdays per month Specific weekdays and hours may be discussed during the interview Company Description Private Family practice with Immediate Care services.
