Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Teachers should be able to develop a curriculum that embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy, the community, mindfulness, gardening & nature Teachers should plan daily work that promotes exploration and discovery for children. Candidates will be expected to observe the interests of the children, and provide additional outlets to further enhance the learning experience.Candidates should have:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- EEC Preschool Teacher Qualifications
- Strong Foundation in Nature Based Learning
- Knowledge of Massachusetts Kindergarten standards Understanding of an emergent curriculum model Training in the Reggio Emilia approach
