JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Manager of Teacher Education Longy School of Music seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Administrative Manager to support the Master of Music in Music Education (MM/ME) & Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) programs during a paternity leave coverage period (August-November). Key Responsibilities Manage course registration, add/drop, and grading processes in Jenzabar Coordinate student and faculty communications regarding academic timelines Support course setup and troubleshooting in Brightspace Attend weekly cross-functional meetings with marketing and program leadership Assist with coordination of the Changemakers professional development series Provide general administrative and operational support to
MM/ME & CAGS
programs Qualifications Experience in higher education administration preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and systems simultaneously Experience with student information systems (Jenzabar, Banner, or similar) preferred Familiarity with LMS platforms (Brightspace or similar)
