Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions:

The Health & Wellness division is looking for an instructor to provide clinical and or didactic instruction in the Dental Hygiene programs.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years (3000 hours) recent and relevant experience

Current Registered Dental Hygienist License, State of Michigan Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Certification, State of Michigan Current BLS Certification Additional Experiences Considered:

Extensive experience in treating moderate and advanced periodontal disease. Strong instrumentation skills. Competent and confident in administering local anesthesia The following are not required but will be given additional consideration: Teaching experience. Experience with curriculum development. Community Involvement. Professional organization participation. Masters Degree.
