Position Summary
The School Teacher is responsible for implementing the daily instructional plans developed by the classroom teacher while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. This position supports students' academic growth, maintains effective classroom management, and builds positive relationships with students, administrators, and fellow educators.
Key Responsibilities
Implement lesson plans and instructional activities in accordance with the classroom teacher's objectives.
Maintain a classroom environment that promotes learning, respect, and personal growth.
Effectively manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
Establish positive rapport with students and encourage student engagement and participation.
Follow school policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines.
Collaborate with building administrators, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback as appropriate.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Work Environment
This position is based in the St. Louis Area, Missouri, and requires the ability to work effectively within a school setting while supporting students' educational and personal development.
