JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities include teaching and evaluating students in the Construction Management Technology courses with an emphasis on commercial construction. Other responsibilities will include preparing lesson plans, curriculum development, professional development, advising students, student recruitment, and participating in assigned departmental, divisional and college committees and activities. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Construction Management Technology or a related field Minimum of three years' relevant field experience in construction Flexibility to meet the needs of all students and department requirements Must support mission, vision, and values of NDSCS Proficient computer skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to function in a team environment Willingness to secure ND Career & Technical Education (CTE) certification Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field Construction field supervision and/or project management experience Construction estimating and scheduling experience Construction software experience (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Extensive knowledge of materials and methods used in commercial construction. Knowledge of building systems Teaching or training experience
Additional Information SALARY:
Starting at $59,163, commensurate with education and experience
