Job Description

We are seeking motivated and personable Driving Instructor who are passionate about teaching students how to drive safely, confidently and to provide classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction to students ages 16-24. The instructor will play a critical role in promoting responsible driving behaviors, road safety, and workforce readiness. We welcome candidates with
Provisional or Standard NH Certification:
Provisional - willing to work with a local Driver's Education School Standard certification will be a direct hire
Position Type:
Full-Time (In-person)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging classroom instruction on traffic laws, defensive driving, and road safety Provide behind-the-wheel training in accordance with state regulations Evaluate student driving performance and maintain accurate training records Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Ensure compliance with Job Corps, state, and Department of Labor policies Collaborate with center staff to support student success and retention Requirements Minimum age: 21 years old Clean driving record for at least the past 2 years (no moving violations) High School Diploma or GED Previous Driver's Education experience preferred. Provisional or Standard NH State certification required Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
