Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative classroom instruction to apprentices and electricians. Facilitate hands-on training sessions ensuring practical skills development. Foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation. Facilitate hands-on training sessions utilizing tools, equipment, and simulators to reinforce practical skills. Assess student progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written assessments; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Incorporate adult education principles to effectively teach diverse learners with varying backgrounds and experience levels. Requirements 5+ years experience in electrical work; NJ Journeyman's License. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting. Prior classroom or training experience preferred; ability to adapt teaching methods for adult learners is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
