Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Teacher (bilingual-Spanish) to inspire young minds and foster a love for scientific discovery. In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons that cover a broad spectrum topics. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students develop critical thinking skills, and understand complex concepts. Duties Design engaging lesson plans . Integrate learning technology and IT tools to create interactive lessons that enhance student understanding . Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation and academic advising Manage classroom behavior using effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational technology integration to ensure cohesive teaching practices. Support students' social-emotional development through mentoring and implementing inclusive teaching methods that respect various learning styles and needs Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with educational regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree . Familiarity with educational technology tools for lesson planning and delivering IT-integrated lessons Ability to adapt instruction to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents Knowledge of educational compliance standards and experience implementing curriculum development initiatives Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, assessment design, proofreading materials, and maintaining detailed records Join us in creating an inspiring education environment where curiosity is celebrated!
