Duties Design engaging lesson plans . Integrate learning technology and IT tools to create interactive lessons that enhance student understanding . Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation and academic advising Manage classroom behavior using effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational technology integration to ensure cohesive teaching practices. Support students' social-emotional development through mentoring and implementing inclusive teaching methods that respect various learning styles and needs Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with educational regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree .
