Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students how to drive safely and effectively, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to pass their driving tests. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Responsibilities Conduct in-car and instruction for students of varying skill levels. Develop lesson plans that meet state requirements and cater to individual student needs. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment during lessons. Has the mobility to respond to emergency situations in the vehicle quickly. Stay updated on traffic laws, regulations, and best practices in driving education. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in driving with a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of experience. Must have at least a GED or high school diploma. Previous teaching or instructional experience, particularly in adult education or Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds is preferred. A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in becoming safe drivers.
