Position Responsibilities Lead Teacher Create and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans and sensory activities based on age, development, and classroom observations Execute daily activities aligned with the lesson plan Foster a warm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment Manage daily classroom operations (circle time, art activities, diapering, scheduling, transitions, etc.) Communicate with families daily regarding activities, milestones, and progress using our mobile app Lead weekly planning meetings with classroom staff Maintain classroom schedules and routines Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Currently pursuing an Early Childhood degree and/or CDA Currently working in a daycare or preschool setting, or recent experience in early childhood education Genuine love for children and early learning Strong team player with a positive attitude Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to pass all state and company-required background checks Basic comfort with technology and mobile apps (daily reports, photos, communication) Preferred Qualifications Early Childhood Education degree Learn more about us at www.thetreehouses.org
