A dynamic school system near Painted Post, NY seeks a passionate Art Teacher or Teachers Assistant for a contract assignment, traveling between several campuses for the 2026 academic year. You'll support and inspire learners as you deliver engaging art instruction in-person, with a consistent weekly schedule for the duration of the assignment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Valid and active New York State Teaching Certification Experience as a General Education or Art Teacher, or as a Teachers Assistant Flexibility to travel between Hornell, Greenwood, and Bath, NY Genuine enthusiasm for working with students, introducing art concepts, and nurturing creativity Background in lesson planning, classroom management, and supporting diverse learning styles Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with fellow educators
Responsibilities:
