Education/Experience:
Bachelor s or Associate s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or related degree with six (6) class in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Childhood Development (CD); OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
License:
Must possess a valid Driver s License and have access to a motor vehicle with acceptable liability insurance CPR certified (preferred)
Knowledge:
Must be computer literate and have accurate typing skills as well as the ability to operate a variety of office equipment; Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required; Community resources, methods and practices of health and safety precautions, providing age-appropriate education services and facilitating family involvement in program services; Ability to comply with Head Start Performance Standards.
