In this role, you'll be responsible for: Designing and delivering engaging math lessons aligned with current state and district standards Utilizing formative assessment and differentiated instruction to address diverse learning needs Demonstrating a strong command of mathematics content, classroom management, and effective teaching strategies Developing and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment in an urban educational setting Collaborating with other teachers, especially special education staff, to ensure all students succeed Completing all required Pennsylvania clearances and maintaining active certification/licensure Ensuring consistent, punctual onsite presence with reliable transportation

Background and Experience:
