We are seeking driving instructors in the following areas: Greenville, Simpsonville/ Fountain Inn, Laurens, Woodruff, Spartanburg, Gaffney Job Overview Are you passionate about driving and inspiring others to succeed behind the wheel? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Driving Instructor to join our team! We have openings for both classroom teacher and a behind the wheel driving instructor! In this role, you will empower new drivers to develop essential skills, foster confidence, and promote safe driving habits. Your enthusiasm and expertise will make a lasting impact on learners of all ages, helping them achieve their goals while ensuring they understand the importance of responsible driving. WEEKLY PAY
Starting pay is higher for certified driving instructors, teachers, and law enforcement. Paid training and assistance with obtaining certification Take home company vehicle Responsibilities Deliver engaging and comprehensive driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and practical skills. Assess each learner's progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to them and their parents to enhance their driving abilities. Maintain a positive and encouraging environment during both in-car instruction and classroom sessions. Prepare students for licensing exams (both knowledge and skills) by reviewing key concepts, demonstrating techniques, and simulating test scenarios, and administer the same exams Ensure all lessons adhere to local traffic regulations and safety standards at all times. Keep detailed records of each student's progress, attendance, and lesson plans for compliance and quality assurance. Requirements Be at least 25 years old Have a valid SC drivers license (or equivalent and willingness to transfer) Have at least 5 years of licensed driving experience with no suspensions Submit to a nationwide criminal background check Afternoon and weekend availability Preferences (not required
