Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Mandarin Chinese, or a related field Valid teaching credential or certification appropriate for K-8 general or foreign language education Demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) Prior classroom experience at elementary or middle school level preferred Ability to create an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons to students in grades K-8 Encourage active participation through interactive and culturally rich activities Assess student progress using a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles Foster an environment of respect, curiosity, and cultural appreciation Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning Maintain accurate attendance and grade records as required
