Instruct students on aspects of machining and understanding of machine shop safety. Minimum Qualifications Associate's in Applied Science degree in the field of study AND five (5) years of related work experience. -OR- Ten (10) years of related work experience in the field. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Operate power machinery such as drill presses, lathes, mills, grinders, and hydraulic presses. The understanding of machine shop processes performed in manufacturing machined parts. Ability to instruct and conduct a classroom environment. Preferred Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants Applicants must reside in the state of Texas and be eligible to work in the United States. This is a security-sensitive position.
