Coder Kids is hiring a part-time contract instructor to teach fun, hands-on coding classes at Houston-area schools. You'll help kids build games, animations, and confidence using Scratch, Python, and beginner coding activities ✨ What you'll do:

• Lead clear, age-appropriate coding lessons
• Keep classes organized, positive, and on schedule
• Help students solve problems and finish projects
• Communicate professionally with families and school partners What we're looking for:
• Comfortable with computers and able to learn new tools quickly
• Energetic, dependable, and great with kids
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to local campuses
• Experience teaching or leading groups of 8 or more children is preferred
• College students in computer-related fields are encouraged to apply

Pay:

$25 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement for lead instructors.

Schedule:

Part-time weekday afternoons. Classes are held in person at partner schools around Houston.
