Design and organize the menu and recipes for the class Qualifications Must be able to pass Federal & State background check. Valid Food Handlers and/or Food Managers Certification. Proven experience as a chef, culinary instructor, or in a related culinary role. Experience in both professional kitchens and teaching environments is highly valued.
