10-40 HOURS/WEEK We have shifts available immediately, including weekends.Typical Hours Mon-Fri:

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. You'll be actively training new drivers in real-world conditions impacting their lives for years to come.You will provide:
Behind-the-Wheel Instruction (BTW)- teach students hands-on driving skills Classroom Instruction (CR)
- safe driving, defensive habits, road rules Adult Driving Lessons (ADL)
- confidence-building and skill development You'll be the calm professional in the passenger seat—helping students build safe habits for life.
PAID TRAINING PATH / CERTIFICATION SUPPORT
We train you and support you through WA DOL certification.FIRST RESPONDERS / LAW ENFORCEMENT
If you are a current or former Police Officer (and other qualifying backgrounds), you may receive: ✅ Up to 40 hours credit toward the required 100-hour DOL training Remaining training includes: 20 hours video instruction 20 hours live classroom training 20 hours behind-the-wheel observationNON-FIRST RESPONDERS
You will complete the full 100 hours of required training , including observation and hands-on instruction. ✅REQUIREMENTS

) To be considered, you must have: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (5+ years preferred) Clean driving record No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months No more than 2 moving violations in the last 24 months No suspensions or serious violations in the last 12 months Weekend availability Strong communication, professionalism, and patienceLOCATION
