Do you love fitness and enjoy helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident? We're looking for instructors who can create a fun, welcoming, safe, and motivating environment for our members. LA Fitness offers a wide range of classes, and we are currently hiring instructors for many of them, including: Cycle Mat Palates Yoga Total Body Conditioning Body Works Plus Abs Step Sculpt Step Plus Abs Kickbox Cardio Aqua Fit Senior Fit What You'll Do Lead engaging, safe, and effective fitness classes for all age types Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive class environment Motivate members and build relationships within the fitness community Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm Follow proper safety procedures and fitness-industry best practices Who We're Looking For We're looking for instructors who are: Passionate about helping others improve their health and quality of life Energetic, personable, and comfortable leading groups Patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoy working with older adults Dependable and professional Experienced taking group fitness classes (no previous instructing experience needed) Relevant certifications are strongly preferred and may be required depending on the class you are teaching.
