Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Infant or Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, supporting children's developmental needs, and collaborating with families to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of children. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students. Conduct assessments and utilize standardized testing to track student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, progress, and any concerns. Maintain records of children's progress, attendance, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience within the school setting. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed. A commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
