Job Description
Aerotek is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift CNC operators. Set-up experience is not necessary. Operators will be fully trained on tool change processes for machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathes Perform tool changes and offsets Load and unload machines with materials Perform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performanceMust-Have Skills:
3+ years of CNC Machining experience. 2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets. Positive attitude and willingness to learnShift Schedules:
1st shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday 2nd shift Option A is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (+ $2/hour shift premium) 2nd shift Option B is 3:30 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday (+ $2/hour shift premium) Ample optional overtime is available onFriday's and Saturday's Employee Benefits:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
