Reporting to the Director of SEP, the Educational Advisor supports program participants in successfully achieving their academic, personal, and career goals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for approximately 90 SEP participants, providing comprehensive initial advising and ongoing guidance throughout their involvement in the program. This position is funded through external grant support. Employment beyond the current funding period is not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of future funding and ongoing performance.
