Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role this upcoming 26/27 school year as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting near Monmouth, OR. You'll work with students across a dynamic school community, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their fullest potential. This contract, full-time opportunity is ideal for those passionate about pediatric and school-based speech therapy.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) State licensure (or eligibility) as required Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued Strong diagnostic and therapy skills for a range of speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate records of student progress and required documentation Educate and support staff and families on strategies for success Adapt and tailor therapy to a diverse student population
