Responsibilities:

Learn and follow KinderCare specific lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs. Adhere to all state licensing regulations and company policies. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid EEC Teacher certification. Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children. Passion for early childhood education and child development. CPR and First Aid certification. Background check clearance required. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
