Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Analyst

Onsite Position Overview System One is working with a client seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Analyst to support and enhance safety initiatives within the company's manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and partnering with operations to identify and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities + Conduct routine inspections, audits, and monitoring of equipment, work areas, and processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations + Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive and corrective actions + Lead new hire safety training and ongoing employee safety education (including SafeStart) + Perform compliance audits and maintain safety work order tracking + Investigate near-miss incidents and support corrective action implementation + Conduct annual fall protection inspections + Maintain a visible and active presence on the plant floor + Serve as an active member of the Plant Safety Committee + Update and manage site safety signage + Prepare and maintain monthly safety reports and key performance metrics + Analyze safety trends and present actionable insights to plant leadership + Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of safety procedures + Input and manage safety data within Benchmark/Gensuite systems + Support contractor safety programs and compliance efforts + Collaborate with engineering and operations on new or modified processes to ensure safety considerations are integrated throughout design and implementation + Promote and drive a culture of EHS excellence and continuous improvement Qualifications + Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field preferred + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing or construction environment + Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable industry standards + Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills + Proven ability to deliver training and influence safe work practices + Ability to motivate teams and gain buy-in for safety initiatives + Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in computer systems including databases, spreadsheets, and re To view full details and how to apply, or
