Electric Lineman

Job Overview The City of Abbeville is seeking a Full-Time Electric Lineman. Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. Operate bucket trucks for overhead work and tree trimming as necessary. Conduct field service operations including utility locating and troubleshooting electrical issues. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications High School graduate At least 1-2 years of electrical experience or technical knowledge; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Most possess an Electrical Lineman Certification Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver's License Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen The City of Abbeville is an equal opportunity employer.
