Medical Molder - 3rd shift

Job Summary:

Fabricates end fittings by operating injection molding machines. Responsible for organizing work flow and quality.

Note:

Although assignments are similar, pay grades have been fixed according to customer requirements. No additional manning will be made to the grade 06 group.

Essential Functions:

Fabricate end fittings by loading cores with a Vacuflex type hose and injection molding an end fitting to end of hose. Checks set-up for conformance to print. Completes First Articles and charts required. Responsible for organizing work flow for associated workers who may be packing hoses or loading cores. Responsible for the quality of the molded end fittings that relief operators pack during breaks. Reports machine wear or broken machine parts immediately. Performs minor machine set-ups.

Secondary Duties:

Performs assembler duties when required to do so by supervision.•

Qualifications:

Education:

High school or GED preferred.

Experience:

over 3 months

Manual dexterity Ability to read and understand prints Must be able to maintain a quality product

Pay:

$13.00•$13.50 per hour
