From high-voltage utility construction to large-scale renewable projects, we understand this industry from the ground up. And the next chapter is underway. The Electrical Apprentice assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components for energy systems under the guidance of experienced electricians. The role involves hands-on tasks such as wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while participating in ongoing training and development. What You'll Do Assist with the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components for renewable energy projects, including solar power systems. Support the setup and operation of electrical equipment such as wiring, conduits, inverters, controllers, and batteries while following electrical codes and safety standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, material usage, compliance records, and inventory tracking. Inspect, maintain, and calibrate tools and equipment while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to build technical knowledge and support overall project and company objectives. What You Bring Strong interest in the electrical trade and renewable energy industry, with a willingness to learn and follow direction from experienced team members. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and traveling extensively for project assignments (up to 100% travel). Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices preferred, with the ability to safely use tools and equipment. Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability skills, including the ability to read and write in English and maintain dependable transportation. Ready to Build What's Next?
