Electrical Assembly Technician Job Description Join our team as an Electrical Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for integrating electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems into various configurations. You will wire components together on a panel, board, or piece of equipment by reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Responsibilities Integrate electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems into various configurations. Wire components together on a panel, board, or piece of equipment using electrical schematics. Mount and assemble electrical components such as transformers, contactors, relays, and controllers. Assemble and attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches. Utilize measuring tools and common hand tools efficiently. Essential Skills Experience with measuring, cutting, stripping, and crimping electrical wire. Proficiency in wiring harnesses, fans, and components on panels, boards, and rails. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Competency in using measuring tools, such as reading a tape measure to 1/8th inch. Skilled in the use of common hand tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
